Publish and republish your website

Publishing makes your website public. Every website gets a free Delrity address in the form yourbusiness.delrity.com, and that address is reserved for it from the moment you create it.

Publishing for the first time

1. 1Open the website and review the preview on desktop and mobile.
2. 2Save any outstanding changes.
3. 3Choose Publish.
4. 4Wait a few seconds while your web address is set up and secured.

A brand-new address needs about 20 to 30 seconds for its security certificate to be issued. Delrity waits for the address to genuinely respond before handing you the live link, so you never click a link that fails.

Republishing after edits

Make your edits, then choose Save and your live site picks up the changes within about a minute, or choose Publish, which saves and pushes them out immediately. Republishing an address that is already set up is instant. On a live site, Publish is only available while you have unsaved changes.

Taking your site offline

Choose Unpublish and confirm. Visitors see a short notice instead of your site, and your content stays saved. Publish again whenever you want it back.
