My domain will not verify

Verification failing almost always means the DNS records are not yet visible to us. Work through these in order.

1. 1Compare the records at your provider against the Domains page, character by character. Copy and paste rather than retyping.
2. 2Check no old A, AAAA or CNAME record exists for the same name - a registrar parking page is the usual offender.
3. 3Check you edited DNS at whichever provider your name servers point to, which is not always the registrar you bought from.
4. 4Wait. DNS changes spread at their own pace and can take a few hours.
5. 5Use Verify again. Adding the records a second time changes nothing.

Check your plan too

Custom domains need a paid Professional or Business subscription. During a trial, or after one has ended, connecting a domain is unavailable and your site stays on its Delrity address.
