How you pay for Delrity

Where payment happens, what we store and how to update your details.

Delrity subscriptions are paid through PayFast, on their own secure hosted checkout.

Subscribing

  1. 1Go to Billing in your dashboard.
  2. 2Choose your plan.
  3. 3You are taken to PayFast to complete payment.
  4. 4PayFast sets up the monthly recurring payment and returns you to Delrity.

What Delrity stores

Never your card details. Your card is handled entirely by PayFast. Delrity stores which plan you are on, whether it is paid, and when it renews.

Updating your payment details

Payment details are held by PayFast, so Delrity has no card form of its own. If a renewal fails because a card has expired or been replaced, PayFast retries the payment on its own schedule and you have a 7-day grace period in Delrity, during which your site stays live. Email support@delrity.com if a renewal keeps failing and you are not sure what to do.

If the grace period ends before a payment succeeds, your site goes offline. Subscribe again from the Billing page with the new details and it is restored automatically.

Tip: Amounts on your statement should exactly match your plan price. If you ever see one that does not, email support@delrity.com straight away with the date and amount.
