Delete your account

What deletion removes, what is kept by law, and that it cannot be undone.

Account deletion is permanent. Before you confirm, Delrity shows you exactly which workspaces will be destroyed alongside your account, so nothing goes without warning.

Before you delete

  • If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead. Cancelling keeps everything.
  • Save anything you want to keep. There is no bulk export, so keep your own copies of your images and your product list. Pre-order buyer details can be exported as a CSV from the Pre-orders page.
  • Remember that deleting releases your Delrity web address, and it may then be taken by someone else.

What happens

  1. 1Go to Settings and find the Delete account section.
  2. 2Read the list of workspaces that will be deleted, and tick the box to confirm you understand.
  3. 3Type DELETE and choose Delete permanently.

What is removed

  • Any workspace you are the only owner of - along with its websites, domains, images, products, orders and coupons.
  • Its subscription, which is cancelled with your payment provider.
  • Your own account.

Workspaces you merely belong to, or co-own with someone else, are not deleted. You are simply removed from them and they carry on.

What is kept

Financial recordkeeping requires that a completed transaction survives. Orders that were actually paid for are kept as a de-identified financial record - the amounts, the order number and the payment reference. Your customers' names, email addresses and phone numbers are not copied into it.

Tip: This cannot be undone and we cannot recover a deleted workspace. If you are unsure, cancel your subscription instead and take your time.
