Invite team members

On a paid Business plan you can invite people to help run your websites and your store - up to 5 people in total, and that total includes you. So the owner plus four teammates.

Sending an invitation

1. 1Go to Team in your dashboard.
2. 2Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
3. 3Choose Create invite link, then copy the link that appears and send it to them yourself - by email, WhatsApp or however you normally talk.
4. 4They sign in with that email address and accept. They are then part of your workspace.

An invitation link only works for the address you invited, so a forwarded link cannot be used by someone else. Links expire after 7 days. Pending invitations are listed on the Team page with Copy link and Cancel buttons. You cannot create a second invitation for the same address while one is pending, so cancel the old one first if you need a fresh link.

How seats are counted

• A seat is used by a member OR by an invitation that has not been accepted yet.
• So five outstanding invitations will not quietly become six people.
• Cancel an invitation to free its seat again.

What teammates can do

Teammates can build, edit, publish and unpublish your websites, manage your domains, and run your store - products, inventory, orders and coupons. Some things stay with the workspace owner: billing, managing the team, connecting a payment provider or changing payment methods, and renaming the workspace. More detailed roles and permissions are not part of this version of Delrity.
