Your 30-item catalogue limit

A Menu & Catalogue section can hold up to 30 items in total, across every category. The limit applies on every plan - it exists to keep your website fast to load and edit, not as a paid entitlement.

How it is counted

• Every item counts, whether its category is shown or hidden.
• A hidden individual item still counts - hiding is not the same as deleting.
• Deleted items do not count.

This is enforced when you save, not only shown as a warning - a save that would push you over 30 items is refused with a clear message, and nothing already saved is affected.

Making room

• Delete items you no longer offer, rather than only hiding them.
• Combine near-duplicate items into one with a note about variations.
