Billing and plans
Cancel your subscription
How to turn off auto-renew, when your site goes offline and what happens to your data.
You can stop your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Only the workspace owner can do it. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. In Delrity, cancelling means turning off auto-renew.
- 1Go to Billing.
- 2In the Auto-renew section, choose Turn off.
- 3Confirm. Delrity tells you the date your access ends.
What happens next
- Your website stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No further payments are taken.
- At the end of that period your site goes offline and your store closes.
- Your content, images, products, orders and coupons are all kept.
Changing your mind
While the Auto-renew section still offers Turn on, you can switch it back on in one click. Your renewal date does not move and nothing is charged early. A couple of days before your paid period ends, the subscription is closed with PayFast so that you are never billed after asking to stop. From then on it cannot be switched back on, and you subscribe again from the Billing page once your paid period has ended.
When you subscribe again, everything comes back as it was. Your Delrity web address stays reserved for your website the whole time.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling ends the payments. Deleting your account is a separate, permanent action taken from Settings - see Delete your account.
