Preview your website

Check how your site looks on desktop, tablet and mobile before you publish.

The preview beside the editor is not an approximation - it is the real website rendered at real device sizes, with your real images. What you see is what visitors get.

  1. 1Open your website and choose Edit.
  2. 2Use the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile buttons above the preview to switch device.
  3. 3Scroll the preview to check every section at that size.

What to check before publishing

  • Your hero headline reads well on mobile without running over several lines.
  • Your contact details are correct - email address, phone number and address.
  • Every image has loaded and none are stretched or badly cropped.
  • No example text from the template is left anywhere.
  • Your links go where you expect.
Tip: Most visitors to a small business website arrive on a phone. Check the mobile preview last, and treat it as the version that matters.
