Your 25-photo catalogue limit

Where photo uploads are available (Professional and Business), a Menu & Catalogue section can carry up to 25 uploaded photos in total, across every category.

What counts, and what doesn't

• A photo YOU upload counts towards the 25.
• A template's own demo photo does not count - only your own uploads do.
• Replacing an existing photo does not use another slot - it is a replacement, not an addition.
• Removing a photo frees its slot immediately.

This is enforced when you save - a save that would push your uploaded photos over 25 is refused with a clear message, so you always know before anything is lost.
